Without a doubt, yes. For the first time since the start of this season, Chivas USA looked like a cohesive unit on Saturday afternoon, frustrating the Earthquakes' attack while creating some good offense of their own. The high work rate paid off, as the Red-and-White secured a 2-1 come from behind victory for their first win of the season. Even more impressive was the team's ability to overcome a one-goal deficit, something the Goats have been notoriously bad at doing over the course of the last season and a half.
Saturday's match should mark a real turning point for Robin Fraser and his boys. In just ninety minutes, Chivas USA went from being the only team in MLS without a win to a confident squad on a four-game unbeaten streak. Not too shabby.
