Beginning in 2011, The Goat Parade produced an offseason series of what we call "Player Postmortems." In the series, we discuss, analyze, and ponder the performances, statistics, and future for every single player on Chivas USA in a given year. This year, 34 players featured in competitive matches for the Goats, with an additional three on the roster but seeing no minutes in MLS or U.S. Open Cup action.
Over the next several weeks, we will be going through the 2013 season for each and every player, in addition to our analysis of other aspects of 2013 for Chivas and our regular news coverage. The plan, as always, is to publish a Player Postmortem nearly every day.
Hopefully you enjoy reading the breakdown of the players on an individual scale. If you like what you read, be sure to spread the word by retweeting it, posting it on Facebook and Google+, or any other social media.
Additionally, it's a good time to remind readers that comments on our articles are welcome, on any articles. Do you have an opinion about a Chivas USA player? Do you agree or disagree with our assessment of someone? Let us know! We'd love to hear what you think, and discuss what's on your mind.
Thanks, as ever, for reading.
