Schedule change on Sunday's Chivas USA "series finale" vs. San Jose Earthquakes

More time to eat/drink/enjoy the sights on the final day.

Chivas USA's game against the San Jose Earthquakes to conclude the 2014 season, and possibly the Goats' history, was bumped off UniMas a few weeks back, and now, the game itself has been rescheduled since it won't be on national TV anymore.

The club announced on Monday that the game will take place on Sunday at 1:30 pm PT at "home," aka the StubHub Center, a little later than the original noon start time. On the bright side, the game remains on Sunday, so the day's the same.

Since it's the final game, if you are at all inclined to attend, you really ought to. Tickets will obviously be available, and almost certainly at a good cost. With reports of Chivas USA not playing next season and possibly beyond hanging over the proceedings, this is your last chance to see Chivas USA in the current brand, and will be the end of an era, no matter what happens. And though the Goats have two games this week, there's nothing else left to play for, and one hopes the team will be pushing to get results, especially in the final game.
