Gamethread: Chivas USA vs. Seattle Sounders, 4/19/14

Game night! Chivas USA are back in Southern California and hosting the Seattle Sounders this evening (7:30 pm PT, MLS Live). The Goats are coming off a 1-1 draw last week to the Portland Timbers, while the Sounders beat FC Dallas 3-2 last week. Clint Dempsey is in very hot form right now, scoring five goals in his last two games, but Seattle also have some other good offensive weapons besides the USMNT captain. Still, Chivas bounced back from a poor performance two weeks ago in their last match, so there's certainly hope they can go toe-to-toe with the Sounders, and perhaps even grab an elusive win. We will find out soon enough.
