Los Angeles Football Club is now six months old, and the team has announced an event this week to get in touch with nascent fans. They will be hosting a roundtable discussion with co-owner and team president Tom Penn on Wednesday at 1 pm PT. It seems the main focus of the roundtable is to have a dialogue between the club and fans, and this appears to be the first of multiple such events in the months to come.
It will be a closed event, as the club has been handing out spots on the roundtable to fans through social media the past several days, and I will be attending the roundtable as well, so if you are not able to get a seat at the table, I'll be covering the event.
It appears there will not be a stream of the event available, at least according to LAFC's responses to that question on its Facebook page. I imagine there will be some coverage of what's happening on the club's social media, and like I said, I will be covering the event here on The Goat Parade.
I've got quite a few questions for the team that I'd like to ask on Wednesday, but if you have a question you'd like me to pass on, let me know in the comment section below, and I'll do my best to get to as many as I can during the event.
