The Orange County Blues are on another run in the USL Team of the Week, as another debutant has been selected to the weekly honor. Defender Beto Navarro received the nod for Week 22 as announced on Tuesday, as he marshaled the defense for the Blues in a 3-0 win over Arizona United SC. Though the scoreline looks pretty comfortable, the Blues were under considerable pressure for most of the second half with a narrow one-goal lead, and the defense certainly earned their keep on the night.

In addition to Navarro's selection, OC goalkeeper Pepe Miranda earned a spot on the Team of the Week bench, the second consecutive week a Blues 'keeper received some recognition on the Team of the Week.

Former Blues and Chivas USA player Matthew Fondy was named USL Player of the Week, after scoring four goals in a game for Louisville City FC. Former CUSA striker Ryan Finley, now with the Charlotte Independence, was named to the TOTW bench.
