How to watch Mexico vs. Canada, World Cup qualifying: Time, TV schedule

Can Mexico wrap up the doubleheader with another win over Canada?

Soccer: 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP QUALIFIER-Mexico at Canada Anne-Marie Sorvin-USA TODAY Sports

Mexico and Canada face off in the de facto return leg of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying Tuesday night, this time at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. El Tri are coming off a comfortable 3-0 win over Les Rouges on Friday in Vancouver, and will be looking to basically ensure passage to the Hexagonal round of qualifying with another win.

Given how well things worked last week in Vancouver, Mexico can approach this game two ways -- do the same thing that worked last week, or give some guys who didn't feature on Friday a shot. Either way, it doesn't look that great for Canada, who honestly gave it their best shot and still came up well short of getting a result. Now, on the road in Mexico City, with a good turnout at the Azteca, in altitude...yikes.

But that's why they play the games. Perhaps Chicharito will score a hat trick. Perhaps Mexico will be mentally asleep at home and Canada will strike with an Aztecazo. Probably not, and I think it's going to be another comfortable Mexico victory, but again, we won't know until the time comes.
