The Orange County Blues have found the formula for success in USL's weekly honors of late, as their win yet again last week earns them some more individual and team recognition.

First, the streak of players making the USL Team of the Week is extended, as midfielder Pavle Popara was named to the XI for Week 6 after scoring the winning goal in OC's road win over Sacramento Republic FC. Popara is the third Blues player to get Team of the Week honors this year and the team has had a representative on the 18 for the past four weeks.

In addition, the Blues moved up one slot to No. 7 in the USL's Power Rankings on the league website. Winning three games in a row and moving up to third place in the Western Conference will get people talking about your team, and with things looking like they are starting to click for Orange County, more wins mean they'll probably move higher yet.

The next chance for players and team to impress? Sunday at Anteater Stadium against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC.
