In a move that very few expected, Caleb Porter has stepped down as head coach of the Portland Timbers. According to the club and other reports, Porter was not fired. CONCACAF announces League of Nations competition starting in 2018

The duo, in addition to Marcos Rojo, will be available to dress for the Red Devils and be available for selection(!) against Newcastle United this weekend. Friendly reminder, Ibra tore his ACL on April 20. That is a FIVE MONTH TURNAROUND. WHAT

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Borussia Dortmund drop striker for disciplinary reasons

Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been dropped for his team’s match against Stuttgart due to “disciplinary reasons.“ Some reports say he was late to training, and for that reason he will not play in the next Bundesliga match. Last year, he was suspended by the club for an unsanctioned trip to Milan. This time, Aubameyang says that he is “baffled“ by the decision to suspend him, saying he did not want to or mean to be late to training.
