It’s the final preseason game for the Black-and-Gold.

Los Angeles Football Club travel north to the state capital of Sacramento for their final preseason game, against the USL side Sacramento Republic FC.

LAFC are still searching for their first win of the preseason, their last game was a 4-4 draw with Vancouver Whitecaps.

LAFC will definitely want to go into their first regular season game on a high note, especially with it sure to be a tough match at the Seattle Sounders in a week’s time. Ironically enough, Sacramento Republic’s most recent opponent in preseason was Seattle, which beat Sacramento 3-1.

LAFC go into their last preseason game with a few questions about how things will go:

  1. Will Bob Bradley start the team, and formation he plans to start against Seattle, or will he experiment a little?
  2. Will any of the apparently signed players who haven’t yet played with the team (Charlie Lyon, Hugh Roberts and Steeve Saint-Duc), make an appearance on Sunday?
  3. Will playing a USL team in the last preseason game help prepare LAFC for next weekend’s opener?

How to Watch

Where and When: Sunday at 2 pm PT, Papa Murphy’s Park in Sacramento, California.

For those interested in watching who didn’t make the trip to Sacramento, the game will be streaming on Sacramento Republic’s YouTube channel, and in the stream below.

It will be interesting to see how this game goes, and how Bob Bradley puts his team out there.
