Christian Pulisic will headline Borussia Dortmund’s squad when the German club come to Los Angeles to face Los Angeles Football Club in a postseason (for them)/midseason (for LAFC) friendly on May 22nd at Banc of California Stadium.
Dortmund’s summer trip to LA has been long anticipated since it was announced earlier in the season, and it looks like they will bring a pretty strong squad, not including the players who will be preparing for the World Cup like Marco Reus.
Among those players are American star Pulisic, longtime Dortmund steward Nuri Sahin, and rising English star Jadon Sancho. In a video posted by LAFC on Twitter, Pulisic said he had “only heard good things“ about LAFC. All three players said they are looking forward to the chance to work with and play against LAFC when they come to “the heart of Los Angeles.”
