Orange County SC will be hosting a free World Cup final viewing event at their stadium on Sunday morning. Doors will open at Championship Soccer Stadium 7 am, with the game starting around 8 am PT.
The game, between France and Croatia, will be displayed on the video board at the stadium, with viewers able to watch the game, for free, in Sections 1-3 and 11-13 and on the actual field (no chairs or umbrellas will be allowed, but you can bring blankets to sit on).
There will be breakfast food for purchase, appearances by Orange County SC players and staff, prizes to those in attendance, and more.
There will also be free parking, and you can find the full details on the event on the team’s website. If you’re looking for a fun time while catching the end of the World Cup, and you’re near Irvine, this event looks like a good bet.
