LAFC’s Lee Nguyen kicks a soccer ball through giant donut

You don’t see that everyday!

Los Angeles Football Club are gearing up for their first home edition of El Trafico, on Thursday against LA Galaxy, and are touring some of the iconic spots around the Los Angeles region as part of their “blackout” campaign.

Among the events, LAFC midfielder Lee Nguyen kicked things off on Tuesday morning by literally kicking a soccer ball through the giant donut atop Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood.

Good technique on this unique “kicking a ball through a non-goal object” attempt. Notice he did it in socks. Also, notice the people ordering at the window who aren’t even paying attention to this.

Want to get involved in the blackout? Wear your black LAFC gear around town and represent ahead of Thursday’s game, and use the hashtag #BlackoutLA to spread the word.

A reminder: The game on Thursday is at 7:30 pm PT at Banc of California Stadium. Be there, or watch it on ESPN.
