Who’s out for LA Galaxy vs. LAFC

Diomande goes back on the injury report for expansion side.

MLS: Los Angeles FC at Houston Dynamo Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports

Who’s available for Los Angeles Football Club’s game on Friday night at the LA Galaxy? You have questions, here’s what we’ve found:

LAFC

Adama Diomande is back on the injury report, listed as out with an adductor strain on LAFC’s website. Injuries have stymied the Norwegian the last month or so, but while LAFC have been able to carry on without him, it’s a bit unfortunate he won’t be available for the match. Expect Christian Ramirez to get the start for Bob Bradley, with Marco Ureña a bench option.

Otherwise, it’s as you were for LAFC, with Mark-Anthony Kaye and Quillan Roberts long term injury absences.

No suspensions for LAFC in this one.

LA Galaxy

The Galaxy have a bigger sick bay these days, with Giovani dos Santos, Romain Alessandrini and Michael Ciani all ruled out per Sigi Schmid in training this week. Jonathan dos Santos is a possibility, but he’s also battling an injury.

One player not hurt? Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who only skipped the Galaxy’s last game because it was on turf. He’ll start here.

No suspensions for the Galaxy for this game.

The game kicks off after 7:30 pm PT on Friday at StubHub Center. You can watch on ESPN.
