Concacaf announced this week the 2020 Concacaf Champions League will resume in a central location, and true to the rumors, that location will be Exploria Stadium in Orlando.
Orlando City’s home stadium is scheduled to host all of the remaining CCL games, which includes four quarterfinal matches, including Los Angeles Football Club’s one-leg clash against Liga MX side Cruz Azul, two semifinal games and the final. All of the remaining tournament is scheduled to take place Dec. 15-22.

The confederation say the games will be played behind closed doors, so no, you can’t travel and watch the LAFC game(s) in person.
The resumption of CCL means LAFC’s season is guaranteed to stretch until mid-December. They will feature in the playoffs against the Seattle Sounders on Nov. 24, as they aim to reach the MLS Cup final on Dec. 12. If they do that, they would play Cruz Azul on Dec. 15 or 16, so it would be a tight turnaround. But that would also ensure the club stays in form up to CCL play, which would be preferred to crashing out in the playoffs and waiting over three weeks for another elimination game.
But we’ll see. LAFC have at least two games to play this season, and with two competitions in play, hopefully several more in both. Time will tell.
