Los Angeles Football Club and the LA Galaxy announced on Friday they will hold an eMLS version of their rivalry, popularly known as El Trafico, to raise awareness and money to fight coronavirus. The event will take place Sunday afternoon at 12 pm PT.
LAFC’s eMLS player, Martin “RemiMartinn” Oregel will square off against the Galaxy’s Giuseppe “GGGodfather” Guastella in a home-and-away doubleheader on FIFA 20. The matches will be streamed live on LAFC’s official Twitch account, as well as the Club’s dedicated e-sports social media channels: Instagram - @LAFCgaming and Twitter - @LAFCgaming.

All proceeds will be donated to support the fight against #COVID19.

I think this is a great idea. Assuming the money will go to causes and people in need in a timely manner, an e-El Trafico is a terrific way to spend a day. Best of luck to Martin on Sunday!
