The longest season ever (so far) gets the season review treatment.

2020 was a wild year for LAFC, the team playing from February to December with huge gaps of time off in the middle. Some good moments in MLS, some not so good, and a great run to the Concacaf Champions League final to cap off the season, it’s officially in the books, and with the holiday season in the rear view mirror, it’s time to take stock of the season.

So now we’ll reintroduce our player postmortem series for 2020, and provided the world keeps spinning and internet remains a thing, I’ll be looking at every player on the roster once again, during an unprecedented season. As in previous years, each player who played a competitive game will get his own post, and we’ll work through the list over the next several weeks.

So, hope you enjoy, and we’ll kick things off with the players who didn’t see the field in 2020 for the black-and-gold. Feel free to leave comments and give your input on the players’ seasons as we go as well.
