We are now able to host fans at Championship Soccer Stadium this season in the current red tier. There will be very limited reserved seats available to season ticket holders. Secure your spot today! https://t.co/GGsYOgD0kH#ForCounty pic.twitter.com/QRPykmIVnv
How will the club determine access to limited seats? They said it will go to season ticket holders first, and if you aren’t one yet, you can make a deposit here.
As for when the club will start play this season, that has not been released to the public, but discussions with sources indicate OCSC’s season will most likely begin in May, possibly as late as mid-May. The club does have preseason friendlies scheduled for the first two weekends in May, lending credence to that belief.
Obviously let’s hope everyone who does attend games behaves as safely as possible and there are no superspreader events from sporting events opening up in California, but as long as that enormous caveat is noted, this seems like good news in hoping 2021 is a little more normal than 2020 was.
